
Jaffe Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation was founded in 1995 by Dr. Peter J. Jaffe D.O. with the vision of creating a medical practice that provides comprehensive rehabilitative care under one roof. The therapists, nurses and office staff at Jaffe Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation are highly-trained and exceptionally friendly. Dr. Peter J. Jaffe, D.O.
Dr. Jaffe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Vermont in 1987. He successfully completed Medical School at The University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in 1991. His Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at St. Vincent's New York Medical College in 1995.
In 1995, Dr. Jaffe began his practice with offices in Moorestown and Princeton, New Jersey . In 2002 he moved with his family to Naples, Florida and opened a comprehensive rehabilitation practice which incorporates both medical and theraputic intervention all under one roof. This allows a seamless and coordinated approach to patient care. Jaffe Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation continues to operate with this vision.

Malinda Mueller, PT DPT
Malinda received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2006 followed by her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2010. She received both degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Malinda holds a strong background in vestibular rehabilitation which includes treatment of vertigo, dizziness, and balance dysfunctions. During her academic studies, Malinda had the opportunity to work closely with a vestibular therapist and gained a vast amount of experience in working with these disorders. Malinda is dedicated to treating every patient with compassion and providing each patient with individualized, evidence-based care.
Amy Wiggins, PTA
Amy is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. She earned her Degree in Science from Broward College. She knew from a young age that she would choose a career in the healthcare field. After observing various areas in medicine she discovered her passion in physical therapy. She has found that helping people return back to their active lifestyles after surgery or injury has been very rewarding.
